To arrange a headstone, please contact a local memorial stonemason of your choice.
Please click on the links below which shows the relevant forms the stonemasons will discuss with you. The application form the stonemasons will complete with you is on the last 3 pages of the Churchyard Regulations. They will then send the forms and any relevant fees to us.

We will then check the proposed application is in line with the Churchyard Regulations and confirm that with the stonemasons or let them know if any alterations need to be made, so they can proceed with creating and installing the monument.

Faculty Applications
(for Monuments or items that do not fall within the ‘Churchyard Regulations 2013’ and for plot reservations)
Important note: Due to the costs and timescales involved with submitting a Faculty Application, with no guarantee that it will be approved, we strongly advise that the headstone applied for falls within the attached regulations instead so that a faculty application is not required (and for plot reservations that you check with the Church PCC or Reverend prior to submitting your application, that they do allow/approve reservations in that churchyard).
Faculty Applications can be submitted online via the Diocese of Exeter website using the following website links and documents but please note that these would need to also approved by the PCC and the Reverend prior to any work commencing.
