The Church Hall


Ipplepen Church Hall now has Solar Panels!

The bright and recently refurbished hall has a fully equipped kitchen that can cater for up to 80 people sitting or 100 people standing. Our church hall is spacious, well maintained and adjacent to the parish church. The modern kitchen is well equiped with dishwasher, kitchen utensils, crockery and cutlery.

It is ideal for small parties and for functions.

The hall is used by a variety of church groups, regular Coffee Mornings are held as well as a monthly lunch club for “older” folk.

The hall is used by other groups too on a regular basis by the Brownies, keep fit, Pilates, after school classes for children and a rehearsal venue for brass bands.

It is available for christenings and children’s parties, wedding receptions, gatherings after funerals and for business meetings.

The hall is available for hire at reasonable rates. If you would like further details please contact the hall booking secretary.

 Church Cottage


Church Cottage is by the Lych Gate of the Church in East Street, Denbury. It is a multi functional area with good kitchen facilities. It is available for hire for both regular and one off bookings.

The Cottage has an upstairs and downstairs room and good disabled access for the ground level.

Upper Floor

The Cottage is used by a variety of church and local groups such as the Village Book Club and the Women’s Institute.

Woodland Parish Rooms

The Village Hall is immediately opposite the Church and used for many church social functions as required.
